Love, Grace & Gratitude

I believe the world would be a better place if only there were more Love, Grace & Gratitude. I say these three words often to myself. In the tradition of yoga, I think of Love, Grace & Gratitude as a mantra for the heart.

Our Desire

To see Love, Grace & Gratitude make a difference as it ripples out across the world. Already the movements are practiced by many and shared with individuals, families and communities. These beautiful words and gestures offer support to people, beloved animals, spaces and places. Please join us in taking Love, Grace & Gratitude out into the world.

The Story

Several years ago I thought it would be so enriching to have a series of gestures that matched the words. In the beautiful process of developing the movements, I came to understand that they are brightly uplifting and deeply peaceful.

I have been sharing the Love, Grace & Gratitude movements in workshops and retreats around the world for many years. The movements are essentially a prayer for our hearts…a heart opening practice as a celebration of all we can be – a meditation in action.

The Gestures

The gestures can be performed with or without music but I believe that the experience is enhanced and deepened when another sensory channel is engaged. Love, Grace & Gratitude can be learned by anyone, of any age and done anywhere, at any time.
